TNB Tariff Calculation

从来没有算过家里的电费是怎么算的,这个月电费突然很贵,结果自己查了查TNB网址电费的算法,看看是否是有什么搞错或电费起价了。原来电用越多越贵的,如果超过400kwh/month,有另一个rates的,所以大家省的话尝试控制有电在400kwh/month之下哦!

Lession 7 : Japanese Word Order

English is a subject-verb-object language. (so are French, Spanish, etc.)

Subject

Verb / 动词

Object

I

eat

rice.

Japanese is a subject-object-verb language. (so are Korean, Turkish, etc.)

"San" is a title of respect added to a name. (so it can not be used when referring to oneself.)
"Wa" and "o" are particles. They are like English prepositions, but they always come after nouns.

Composing questions in Japanese is just by adding the particle "ka" at the end. Question marks are not used in Japanese.

Lession 1 : Hiragana (Main Alphabet)

There are 5 vowels/元音:

[ a ] pronounced as "aa" /阿
[ i ] pronounced as "ee" or as "e" in "eat" /衣
[ u ] pronounced as "oo" in "soon" /乌
[ e ] pronounced as "e" in "elk" /"A"
[ o ] pronounced as "o" in "more" /噢

Exceptions:

*[ha] is pronounced "wa" when it is immediately follows the subject. It is usually only pronounced "ha" when it is a part of a word.

*[he] is pronounced "e" when it immediately follows a place or direction. Both of these are very simple to detect.

Note:
There are 2 "zu" and 2 "ji". づ (zu) and ぢ (ji) are very rarely used. づ (zu) only occurs when there is a つ (tsu) in front of it like in つづく (tsuzuku - to continue) or when a Kanji (Chinese character) that starts with つ (tsu) is paired at the end with another character changing the つ (tsu) to a づ (zu). The same applies for ぢ (ji). Since they are used so rarely I wouldn't worry about them too much. I will let you know whenever we come upon a word in which they are used.
